Transfers

Cape Town's well established road infrastructure, and the proximity of the CTICC (Cape Town International Convention Centre) to most of the city's major landmarks and tourist attractions, makes getting to and from the centre, whether by hire car or public transport, easy and stress free.
Airport transfers are available for 17th World Congress of Basic and Clinical Pharmacology delegates at negotiated rates.

Pre-booking is recommended. Facilities will be available for onsite bookings. 

Shuttle transfer dates and times:

11 July 2014 & 12 July 2014 & 13 July 2014

A dedicated meet and greet desk will be available as the delegates exit the luggage collection and will be in the Domestic and International arrivals hall.

Route:  Shuttle from Cape Town International Airport to the CTICC (Cape Town International Convention Centre).
Departure times: 08h00 – 22h00 looped shuttle. Exact departure times will be subject to group arrivals.
Cost:  ZAR200.00 per person

18 July 2014 & 19 July 2014

Route:  Shuttle from the CTICC (Cape Town International Convention Centre) to the Cape Town International Airport.
Departure times, 18 July: 08h00 – 22h00 looped shuttle.
Departure times, 19 July: 08h00 – 17h00 looped shuttle.
Cost: ZAR200.00 per person  

Alternatively, should the above shuttle times / dates not meet your requirements please contact us to arrange another transfer. A cost of ZAR 395.00 per person will apply for airport / CTICC transfers outside of the above listed shuttle times / dates.
